In final exam when i am writing my exam i answered the each part of the question seperately (like if i am comfortable with question 1 (a) i answered that after that i answered question 2 (a) then question 1 (b) like this however i mentioned each part of question numbers correctly & properly does it matter ? do i loose any marks) Pleae reply meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee i am very scared

It depends on examiners mentality. Ideally you should not have followed this approach. Your target should be such that yo can save examiners time to check copies.
frankly speaking u will not get marks for seprate parts that u answered later.. as they say all parts of one answer must be written together in their instructions...
