hai friends,
suppose when a student write a cpt exam on june 2010 suppose he failed he wish to write exam on september 2010. he is eligible or not. another question is when he write cpt exam on september he wish to write ipcc exam on may 2011. its possible or not.

No, he is not eligible for sept. And for may 11 ipcc he must should be passed in june 10.
Yes he can appear for September for cpt But For IPCC there has to be a gap of 9 months between CPT and IPCC Exam so he wil not be eligibe to appear in May2011
