"A year ago ICAI's X President CA Uttam Prakash Agrawal Came in some cities of Vidarbha Region and told that i wont let any student to get pass in CA exam like PE-2, PCC, IPCC, CA FINAL.
After that it has been seen that their is reduction in number of students passing in this above said exams in Vidarbha region.
I am not writing this mail to blame anyone in ICAI. But is it right that what higher profile people of ICAI say they do that.
Sir if it is same then please do one more thing REMOVE BAN FROM TRANSFER.
Otherwise it can also be happen that we students of ICAI(Vidarbha Region) say that we are going to QUIT CA Course and we will start doing the same after a month when our articleship would end for one month after our attempt for may 2010.
Sir its our humble request to you to please remove ban from transfer.
QUITTING CA by just Vidarbha region students in whole country doesnt matters for you but it matters for many students, parents, and even our economy and the most IMPORTANT ICAI REPUTATION.
Please your action are required"
