bro itna tension kya leni... agar baaki sab ho gaya hai to dont worry.... bus basic dekh lo case study ka..... and case studies ke liye baaki mat chordo...try to learn the basic of that case study you will definately do well.. all d best....

1. case studies will be tested from both it and sm from may 2011 attempt onwards.
2. refer case studies at the back of each chapter of the revised itsm module jan2011 copy.

bro dont take me wrong .... itni der mai to case study cover ho jaati... the part of discussion should be how to do it??? not should i do it or not....
