ITT has to be completed before you join the articleship.

Dear Krishna,

As my IPCC 1st Group exam is in November, 2011 Can i do ITT Classes after given Examination in stead of doing at the time.

Pl. Suggest.

I personally always advise you to do your ITT and Orientation before the exams itself. Because there will be no seats will be available after the exam. Everyone will do at that time itself and hence you may need to wait for some more time and our Institute rules may also change. Earlier they have said it can be done before joining articles. But tomorrow they may say it should be done before giving exams/releasing of result. So better do it now itself and as early as possible. For ITT they takes class for 4 hrs mostly 2hr theory and 2hr practical, which is not a big problem. If you are doing job, then go to nearest Branch and find out various batch timings and join accordingly..Even Orientation is just for one week  full-day. For those days you may need to take leave. Institute may change rules any time. Hope you know ICAI mind. So better do it ASAP.
