I want to re-structure the Salary in my company. my basic objective is to provide maximum Income Tax benefit to and take home salary to employees without any liablity to the comapay
Currently ths structure is as follows:-
Basic 25% of CTC
HRA 50% of CTC
Medical,Children Education,Convyance 1250,200,800 respectivly (max as per IT Act)
Variable bonus 7.5% of CTC (payable after 12 months)
Provident Fund 12% of CTC
Gratuity 3% of CTC
Special Allownace(Balance)
