Please help me-termination/transfer of articles

Sorry to say but then ur principal cannnot terminate ur articleship simply because u didnt went out on an outstation assignment.........or to be more precise he cannot terminate ur articleship at all. Atmost he can do is he can complain against U with ICAI.

Thereafter ICAI will decide what is to be done......so dont worry U can always put up Ur story with them.

So Dont worry..!!!!

Hey Salma he can give you termination on the base of miscounduct and indiscipline.

I faced the same problem.

Plz pray to god that transfer ban should be removed.

if you are in the last year of your training you can go for secondment or industrail training

hey if u wnt u can take transfer by mutual concent of ur principle in the same city as per the provision of the chartered accountant act 1988..

Aap ki galti hai, jab exams khatam hogaye toh aapne itna late kyu resume kiya? u shud inform your late resume in advance. company articles ke aaram-pharmaishon pe nahi chalti.

You should understand the responsibility first and accept the gratitude of your principal that he is not removing you. May be the pressure from the senior upon him will held you for a transfer.

just saying sorry doesn't work in this corporate world. u'll hv to pay the price.

You will be transferred only on the poor conduct.

Reasons other than misconduct won't be taken by the principal

Henceforth you should try not to create any situtation which acts against you.

dont  worry there are lot  of  firms who can give you article ship.As  mostly institute will listen what ever yur  principal will say to the institute

so just chill and  dont take any serious action against your principal

just try to convince him if u find no other firms  or else your parents will not allow you to go out for the aricle

You did a mistake by not informing your CA so keep apologising for that.

When you will apologise then they cant be so harsh to you
