Please help me.. can i apply for final registration

hi. I have completed my ipcc group 1 in may 2011 and joined articles in on oct 2011 and completed group 2 in nov 2013 attempt. and my final attempt is supposed to be in may 2014. can I apply for final registration now and write final exams in may 14.or there should be any time gap for applying for final registration.am I now eligible for writing in may 14.because somebody said me that there should be time gap after completing group 2.is it true
