Please help me as early as possible

I have done my M.com. and got result and passed it with 63% and I now want to do ICWA. Please help me with three questions 1 course duration 2 total fees of course 3 future prospects of ICWA I have two options 1 ICWA and 2 CS. I think I can do better in ICWA but want to know are there bright future ahead because I do not want to spoil my earned savings for such a course that can't help me! If anything more than these questions you have please give it to me! i will me lifetime thankful to you!
