i am from kerala. I have a small business and my accounts are managed by one of my good friends who is professionaly CA and practise the audit on his own. very late, i came to know that he booked my accoutns with false information that cannot be found or tracker. He left me in trouble and i owe some lakhs of ruppess to one compnay.
I cannot lodge a complaint against this CA fellow as there is no proof that he malfuncitoned the books. I would like to know here what steps i can take against this CA so that he cannot create more troubles for other people. Can i make a complaint in ICAI or any other way where his membership will be revoked for ever.
