I have registered for cpt examination in april 2007. But due to some reason I have not given exam. Am i eligible to give coming cpt exam? My registration no. receipt is lost but I know the registration no. Should I register again for CPT??

Yes you can register but ask for a duplicate registration letter . Visit ICAI branch
You can appear for the exam. For your records you cn have a duplicate copy of your docs.
