i cleared my first group of Pcc in nov 2008 and Second group of PCC in nov 2009
can i give final in nov 2010????
what r the requirements for that??? when should i fill 108????
i have not taken any excess leave( not more than 180 days))

Yes u r eligible for Nov. 2010 Exam. Your articleship will complete on 15 sep. 2010 and for nov. 2010 exam requirement is that your articleship should b compeleted on 31st oct. so, u r eligible for exam start preparation. Best Luck.
U can fill up 108 on 16th sep. onwards.

u can very well appear for november attempt as the only condition for doing so is that your articlship training must complete on or before 31st October 2010. As you have said that u had started your articlship on 15th march 2007 then your total term of 3 1/2 years will complete on 14th september 2010 therefore u can fill form 108 within 15 days of the date from completion (without fine).
