hey guys can you plz tell me which books you are following for dt and isca? i cleared group-1 in nov-11. and before that i got an exemption in isca (old syllabus) but this time i lost that exemption. can you plz inform changes in isca?? and iam not able to score pass marks in dt , plz tell me how to study and moreover it is very sad to say that i have taken coaching for dt last time and i had put a big effort in that. this time i have to pass. is this 3 months are sufficient to prepare for exams?

iam really in a depression wheteher to continue or not becoz iam not able to reach the expectations of my parents .they want me to settle down my life. this time i have to pass but i have a doubt whether again i will lose in aggregate? this time i got 160 marks in group -2. iam really in a confused situation.

plz give me some tips and suggestions..

ISCA - Manish Valechha ISCA - Memory Based Edn. and Practice Manual (The book is very Self Explanatory , all answers are given in easy to grasp manner. covers a lot of examples, diagrams, memory codes....No need to refer study material) use with practice manual only. ........For Direct Taxes -T.N. Manoharan (popular)/TG Suresh (simplified book) (in my view 2nd option is better)

First stop despairing & stop brooding over the past. It is quite heartening to know u had secured exemption earlier in MICS, & this proves you have the capacity to secure good marks. As regards ISCA , I would suggest u download Chapters 2 & 5, which have undergone minor changes. Try to rely as much as possible on P Manual & S Mat. Dinesh Madan book is merely a help book which could at best be used as Revisionary Material only before exam. It should not be used as main study book for preparing for ISCA.

Agree with above refer manish valechha isca text book. i got 68 in ISCA. you can use this book as main book. study valecha book with study material and practice manual. this is the complete book.

For Drt Tx T N Manoharan is a widely recommended.

For preparation of ISCA you can rely on Manish Valechha ISCA text book (popularly known as Memory Based Edition) as it is doing well at this time as compare to other books. to see more about the book visit the following link ..

Direct tax is very vast subject . this time in november 12 exam there will be 4 days gap before exam so perpare well. u can use vinod gupta modules, t n manoharan or just visit the bookseller and see the other books to choose from. make notes wherever needed for lengthy topics. all the best.

Padhuka is also good for DT for exam time revision.

while preparing 2nd group keep more emphasis on ISCA and IDT to avoid aggregate problem.

sir i am badly in help... if u can help me then plzz tell me do i need a ipcc passing certificate for filling up the b.com ignou examination form... is passing certificate of ipcc needed for filling the b.com examination form if i do from ignou..???? please reply as soon as possible please..... thanking you...
