Please help in ST-3 E filling its very urgent

I am filling first time ST-3 and I am facing difficulty on the page of Challan details, as we have paid the service tax amount in july, August and September. There are almost 6 challans for these 3 months. Now the question is how to enter these details in the form? Because it is demanding challan details in all months from April to September and we have challans for the month of July to September even we have paid the tax on 1st October also. 

Please tell how to enter these details in the Online ST-3?
