Firstly inform near branch Inform near branch of Bank immediately and identify the transaction you have made in past few days.

Its nothing but a temporary fd in the name of mod balance or flexi deposit. Don't worry your money is safe.

Fd means?i visited the branch but they said they dont have idea how can i get back my money

Nelson, I'll suggest to visit the branch and get the details regarding the transaction. They will provide u the details from where the amount get debited & payment made by whome(other than private banks u must have to visit several times, coz they will not entertain u). And I'll suggest after gettin the details from the bank u must file a complaint at ur nearby Police station if u haven't done that transaction. Better to lodge a police complaint ASAP.
