Actually i have a client name RAMA CO. PVT. LTD for which i have been doing Mca filling for last 3 Years in tha name of RAAMA CO. PVT. LTD because of which the status of the company on the MCA site showing Dormant so can any one advise me as to how to get it done. please its urgent.
File the necessary application to the concerned ROC in a E Form 61. As soon teh form gets approved, the Status of company will become active for 21 days during which the company is required to file all the balance sheets otherwise after 21 days the status again will become the dormant

Yes Shiva, but remember again that you have to file all the documents within time gap of 21 days after the form 61 gets approved
i jus filed form 61 but waiting for approval should see what will happen since their returns are not filed from past 5 years
