one of my friends has a problem in his elbow and he's not able to complete his exams in time... he has given many attempts, but he's not able to clear because of this problem..
can we apply for extension of time during exams? i think medical certificate is needed...please tell me the procedure for such application....

I think that is not possible in the CA Examination.
