One of my frnd father who is ca & gng 2 retire soon 4m reliance said me dat initialy dont go after d brand name.dey wil pay u more but one doesnt learn much der. As freshers one shud not accept a job just on package base.d kind of exposure one gets is d main thing.once u hv a gud exposure salary wil folow.
So i think u shud join a co. Where u wil get to know d tricks of d trade even if paid a litle less.within one or two year after getting aquainted with d work u wil b in a better position to negotiate a package wat u wants.so al d best yaar may u get d job u r waiting 4.al d best

Hai Sreedevi.... Its purely depends upon to your taste and prefernce.... Getting a desired job is very much difficult in now a days...so try to join in the good firm as you getting full satisfacation to  your mind....  Financial Benefit is not at all an added feature, sometime it may have high risk.... so please select a job which will provides full satisfacation to your needs.... MAY GOD BLESS YOU.... ALL THE BEST......

it all depends on what you have to do in future...i mean ur ultimate objective.

ITS BETTER TO JOIN BIG4 FOR SOME TIME AND LEARN MNC THINGS, SO THAT YOU WILL GET GUD EXPOSURE FROM THAT.THEN YOU CAN JOIN SOME GUD COMPANY FROM THAT EXPERINCE..ANOTHER OPTION IS BEST TO WORK IN MIDSIZE FIRM WHICH IS FAMOUS IN CHENNAI FOR 2 TO 3 YEARS AND START OF OWN OFFICE..YOU WILL BE THE BOSS.....THIS 2 R THE BEST ONE FOR U.....

ALL THE BEST

End of the day its boils down to fact " what you like".

BRAND is very imp for future growth. Imagine you have two candidates who have come for interview one from IIM Bangalore & the other from Sathyabhama Mgmt. Who will be given preference? You know the answer. Brand carries Value. Brand is always imp when you are putting foundation in your Job Career. Simply b'coz it gives you the insight to Think Big, Dream Big & ultimately you do the bigger/st.

If you are qualified good brands will accept you easily.

MONEY is also imp as we do not really sweat for Charity.

I have seen people of the school of thought that Money is not Imp initially and I have seen them running away from the company after few months when they come to know know that the person sitting next desk to him is getting paid twice. Never ever express in any interview that you need the job for experience only, money does not matter.

What we should Ideally look for is a Balanced State. You should have Job satisfaction & compititive compensation. Job Satisfaction is just like your CAR and Compensation is just like Fuel.

Choose the area where you maximum interest. Just go for it.

I live in Chennai only. Pls feel free to call me in case you are not able to take a final call on your job.

Best Regards,

Prasanna
