Please explain this resubmission required by mca

You need to make the following changes and resubmit Form 1 and 18:

1) Prepare an affidavit for each subsrciber/director on stamp paper of Rs. 100/- and it should be notarized(Format is given below).

2) Mention total no of shares subscribed in the subscriber page of MOA

3) Mention occupation of 3rd promoter mentioned in your subscriber page.

4) The address proof submitted should be the latest. Prefereably attach Electricity bill of telephone bill which is not older than 2 months.

5) Insert proper page nos in MOA and AOA.

6) Take a formal NOC from the owner of the registered office of the Company(Format is given below)

The ROC has pointed out three points which needs to be complied on resubmission.

1). With the advent of circular Circular NO.11/2013 dt.29.05.2013, the company has to submit Affidavit hat company directors shall not accept deposits unless compliance with the applicable provisions of Companies Act.1956.RBI Act 1934 and SEBI Act 1992 and rules/directors/regulations

2).totaling of shar,occupation of 3rd.prom,page numbering is missing. 

The ROC has pointed out some errors in the MOA and AOA. Ensure that totalling of the Shares, occupation of the 3rs shareholders is properly mentioned. Make sure MOA and AOA is properly numbered.

3). In form 18 you have to attach the address proof of the property i.e. electricity bill, MCD receipt etc.

 

1 forgot to attach the affidavits by directors..

i had them with me

but they are on rs. 20 stamp

will it work...or i need rs. 100 ??
