There is no problem at all. as per provisions of law in case GSTR returns date is extended tax payer has to file GSTR3B -only summary (The object being timely collection of tax)
Since gst is new law, there are many difficulties like technical issues in portal, Unawareness of tax payer. For convenience of tax payer filing dates are extended
