NOTICE is hereby given that the postal ballot forms seeking consent of the shareholders for the amendment of Objects Clause of the Memorandum of Association to enable the company to enter into electric bike segment and also to establish retail network dealing in sports, adventure, fitness products etc., have been dispatched to the members individually on 14^th April, 2010

The duly completed Postal Ballot Forms should reach the Company not later than the close of working hours on 15^th May, 2010. The results of the postal ballot will be declared on 19^th May, 2010 at 2.00 PM at the Registered Office of the Company.
