Please clarify whether the shares purchased from secondary market through icicidirect for Rs. 1 lac or more will be covered under AIR-005 as given in ITR-2.

Shares purchased through IPO or Rights issue for Rs. 1 lac or more will be covered under this schedule of AIR.
