Please Clarify which one is correct ?

 

Accourding ICAI study material:-


 

Labour Turnover (Flux Method) =

Number of employees separated – number of employees accessions

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- X 100

Average number of employees on rolls during the period


 


 


 

Accourding to others material(Flux Method) =

Number of employees separated + number of employees accessions

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- X 100

Average number of employees on rolls during the period

 Formula in Other  materials is absolutely correct.

Its a printing error in ICAI study material. Many such errors r there in ICAI IPCC materials.....Be careful...

Hi

second formula i.e other material's formula is correct '+' not the '-"

Priyanka,

              Check out whether its jus a '-' or its some thing like a minus sign followed by a cross line after tat..i saw the same sign instead of '+' in many places in my material..printing mistake dear
