As per sec 135 of companies act 2013 for eligibility criteria for corporate social responsibility CSR committee
1. net profit rupees 5 crore or more
2. turnover rupees 1000 crores or more
3. network 500 crores or more
they above anyone conditions are full filled by the company they are must from the CSR committee
