I m working with a event service company. I have depsoit december month service tax .But by mistake i have raised a inocie thats why dec month service tax is paybale still. Please let me know can i deposit again dec month balance service tax.

You can pay the service tax w.r.t. that particular invoice alongwith the interest @ 18% till the date the payment of service tax is paid and you can show the amount of service tax as well as interest in the Oct-March 2012 ST-3 return.
