no you can avail exempation on 3 chance if you not clear this first group with in three attempt after thats you exemption is out and you need to be give again this exam  and there is no conection between first group and second group regading exemption 

no need to give exam again of accounts

Exemption in Any paper will be applicable only for next 3 continious attempts. After that, It will be expiried.

Bro write a letter immediately to icai, otherwise you will lose the chance.

unless u fill the form with the exemption details u cannot avail the exemption.. u hav 2 fill the exemption details and apply for the 1st group(as per ur choice) but u'll get the hall ticket stating 1st grp of IPCC. but skip the day of ac's exam.

as u didnt mention the exemption details contact the nearest chapter offfice and write a letter in white paper reporting the same.
