I am in the process of filling Form 11 for a LLP. The form was duly filed with no pre-scrutiny errors. When I tried to upload the same I have been getting the error “DSC of Designated Partner not affixed”.I attempted the following solutions with no positive results
- Deleting the Certificates expired certificates from the content tab of Internet options
- Downloading new form and affixing signatures
- Savings file in different name
- Clearing Signatures and reaffixing signatures in the e-form 11
- Clearing Temporary files, history and cookies from the internet options
- Checked the versions of the Java, Adobe reader
- Enabling Java Content in Browser
- Security setting in Java Set to High (lowest possible in the version)
- Checked Din against DSC and Registration of DSC with MCA
Operating system :Windows 7
Adobe Reader : Adobe Reader XI Version 11.0.17
Java : Version 8 Update 91 (build 1.8.0_91-b15)
Browser : Internet Explorer 9.0.8112.16421
I have filled forms other eforms which did not have such errors.Please do advise me of a solution to the persisting issue.
