Please advice me .

Hello everyone , i am ca-inter student ,i have given my 1st attempt in Nov 13 with both groups, but i have not done well ,This time paper was not so difficult but it was my fault that i was not prepared well. I think that i'll be failed, because of law nd itsm .but now i'm already prepared myself for may 14 attempt and i am sure that i'll be pass with both grp .so friends i want to know about, that if i failed in nov 13 attempt and pass in 2nd attempt. It will create in future and i wont get job.
