Your focus should be on studies - dont bother about what work you are doing now. You are lucky that to have less work load compared to big firms where you have to really slog it out. So plan well and start preparing for your exams from today. Put in atleast 4 to 5 hours of study. It is the indivudual which matters and not the Firm or Institution where you are now. All the best.

Dear Friend , Dont mind that u r in a small firm as long as u have the right attitude towards work. Everything has a merit /demerit of its own. Do every work with perfection in it. Ur All query shall b solved

u can surely get a transfer to a better . theres no problem in that and its a easy , simple procedure.

am glad u want to to work. actually study without experience & exposure is of no use , specially when u lookin out for practice afterwards .and the whole purpose of being prossional getsdefeted .
