If you lie we will hang you. If you tell us the truth we will shoot you.”

The sentence is
“You will not shoot me”
If judge thinks I am right he should shoot me. It would mean that the statement is false. So I cannot be shot....
If he thinks that I am lying then he should hang me. It would mean that statement is true. So I cannot be hanged....
So the judge will have no option............
