Placement fraud at engineering colleges

This is very common now these days.Engineering colleges gives admission to the students at 40%,on which some colleges don't give admission in  BA or B.com.This has decrease the level of engineering colleges.Companies don't visit these colleges ,its the college admin which invites the IT companies by contacting HR's by giving some bribe.And these companies selects 100 to 200 students and fire them in 6 months on the grounds of training performance.Our mugging culture has weaken the education system,no research work is done.We are getting passed by just  mugging the books and guess papers.
