suppose Maharashtra based transporter went to rajasthan & he lifted goods from aaRajasthan party.
And delivered the same goods to Tamilnadu gst registered party.Transporter is unregistered.
In this situation whether Rcm gst is liable to pay sgst + cgst or igst.
