We are Kolkata based Merchant Exporter. Have bought matetials from Haryana based small manufacturers for export to Africa. SGS , Mumbai arrange export certification and raise Invoice with 18 % IGST but showing place of supply West Bengal. Is it correct ?
Kindly mention about applicable section and case law etc.
