Dear yatin, for AGENT place also you will take itc under your own pan, show it as another place of your, & itc on input will be forwarded through issue of invoices. like agent will bill to main party, & agent will send your consignment , then you will bill your agent in delhi. thus credit will ultimately flow to your agent through invoice
