Hi.. any know me procedure for opening PLA A/c in Bank and which are thoese bank with a/c can be open i have applied for regestration and what are the formilities for registration

PLA is an account maintained with excise, not with bank
you can deposit GAR7 and take credit in PLA, while at the time of clearance, you can debit PLA
