From 2017 to 2019 a person was providing pick and drop services to various companies. Few of the companies were under 5% without ITC and few companies with 12% with ITC.
Now the assessing officer is insisting that assessee cannot provide services under both schemes and needs a circular / clarification to prove otherwise
