GST rate will be same
If intra state CGST9 %+SGST 9%
If inter-state IGST @ 18%

1) If we take photoshot service from unregistered dealear, transaction comes under RCM or not ?
2) If we take photoshop design job from Unregisted dealer , transaction comes under RCM or not ?
