hello friends,
I have completed my CA and want to pursue phd in commerce. , I do know abt mou of icai but what is the procedure... is there any enterance exam...etc
further I want to know about doing mcom from ignou..

In most of the cases the universities which recognize CA as qualification for PhD wont ask for addtitional written test (although it may vary from university to university) but generally they will call for interview...for M.com u can downaload prospectus from ignou site.

Nopes...generally it takes 3-5 years, u can check out at the sites of universities which are offering Phd...UGC provides JRF for 5 years, so m guessing on that basis
