Phd after icwa

I am realy keen to pursue phd on the basis of ICWA degree. Dear frens n mentors pls suggest is it feasible decision .. list out universities where i can apply... pls name private univ also ...one more question is there any diffrence between phd in commerce and finance or both are the same thng
