Yes. but tds will be deducted if ur service is less than 5 years and pf amount is more than 50k
If you are switching to new job , you can transfer PF amount to new job also using UAN number , for withdrawal Jitendra Kumar reply is applicable.

Then pf withdrawal is not applicable
But jidhenra kumar said above that if less than 5 then tds is applicable??
You cannot withdraw within 5 years
