PF withdraw while changing job

Hi,

1. If a person leaves a job and immediately joins another company, can he withdraw the PF amount of the earlier company ?

2. In my case, the last company was regular non-trust but the new company is under exempted category (trust). In the UAN portal, I am not finding any options (like form 19, 10c etc.).

Can any one give a solution under what circumstances I can withdraw the previous PF amount ? And what should be the process?

thanks,

Som

The user is seeking guidance on the process and available options, as standard withdrawal forms are not appearing on the UAN portal. Clarification is sought on the circumstances and steps required to claim the previous PF amount after the 60-day waiting period has passed.

3. working currently in another organisation.

4. New organisation is PF exempted.
