sir, person have no pan. employee contribution. 27k, employer contribution. 9k, pension. 20k, total above 50.
now, is it apply tds if pan not submit.?
is pension amount also include this..?

At the time claim Pension Portion system required PAN details otherwise give warning of 30 % Deduction .
