suppose someone is changing the job and due to some reason he/she doesn't want to show previous employment, so he didn't share previous UAN no..
qes(1).can new employer is able to se previous employment details through UAN?
& is it possible to generate new UAN when new mobile no. and new salary account is given?? so employer can't trace previous employment details.
kindly give suggestions.
