We have paid PF to govt for same month twice by mistake.
My question is can we adjust the excess amount paid in next month or can we claim refund or something.
If you have any other opinion or suggestion pls reply.

just don't pay in next month there is no penalty or violation in that since there is no availability of adjustment option.i think it's better option with respect to PF and ESI
But PF contribution will not go to employees account for that month if I dont pay.
Also what if in the next month there is new employee joined and hence PF contribution also increases.

you can pay the excess contribution alone to the govt.The PF paid in excess will go to all employees in the first month alone right ,,so what is the problem in that
