My company has contracted with a party for deployment of Crane along with the workmen.
My question is whether PF will be applicable on that company. b'coz as principal employer my company will be ultimately liable if the service provider fail to deposit.
Yes, PF will be applicable if principal employer is covered by the PF Act. In such case the company will be ultimately liable if the service provider fail to deposit.
