Dear Sir,

For a Private limited, company, I have filed monthly ECR for PF and contribution sheet along with payment, what else I have to do for compliance under PF & ESI, please response.

Dear Sir,

For PF, generation of UAN for new employees and updation of details of exited employees alongwith with ECR should be made.

             Also, Form-11(New) should be filled and signed by all employees.

             This Form-11 is a declaration from the employees on their basic details like Name, DOB, Address, whether they already have UAN, KYC etc.,

             Based on the details in this Form-11, new UAN should be generated for the employees who were previously not enrolled under EPFO.

For ESI, generation of IP No. for new employees and upload of monthly contribution details should be made.

Note : While generating IP no for new employees under ESI, Temporary IP Card (counterfoil)will be issued. Employer should provide this to the employees and employees should go to their respective ESI Office alongwith documents for getting Permanent IP Card.
