One of my client required PF & ESI voluntary registration for himself at shram suvidha portal.He has a proprietary business,want to enter into a bid for works contact.how to register with nil employee while an agreement is required at portal with employees details..kindly suggest the issues with required documents.

PF & ESI registrations are not possible with NIL employees because both are employee-based laws.
Shram Suvidha portal requires employee data, hence blocks such applications.
For tender purposes, use declaration/undertaking, or hire at least one employee if registration is compulsory.
Works contract needs a registration number.
