the rate applicable for PF is 12% for emplyees and same contribution has to be given by employer, the employees can deduct their PF more than 12% also.
During the Audit check for Employees wise how much PF is Deducted then check with the PF return wat is amount collected from Employees. the Amount collected should be match with that of PF return,
and also check whether the PF has been Deposited within duedate.
ESI will be different in different states.

if an employer is not traceable and its esi id is showing on the esi website then what is the remedy to claim pf/esi
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
