can any existing employer see the
previous details of emloyee in PF
Portal ,like
1.how much amount previous employer has deducted.
2. when he has joined and exited from previous employment etc.

Normally, Present employer can't able to view any details of your previous employer.
But, There are an option about "One Member - One EPF Account" It should be mandatory to transferred your balance from previous PF Account to present PF Account. However, UAN will be same always.
When you will proceed for transfer of that account then you have to choose require approval of either previous employer or present employer. At that time, Employer (You choose whom for approval) can view details of your another employer. However, Only Name & Period will be visible. Deduction details will not be visible.
