PF deductions

Hi experts,

one of employee in my company is on leave from one month, in that case do I need to consider his PF in that month?

If You are paid Salary then Yes...
salary is outstanding for him for the month of APR, he is absent for the month of May
If salary not paid then no need of deduction...
is the employee on paid leave. if yes then deduct PF. if unpaid leave then no of to be deducted

Due to long absent his paid leaves has completed. In that case do I need to deduct his PF or not

Mam.,

If not then no...
